Luna: Luna is a clam intelligence girl she likes things organised she's like things when they go her way she is constantly thinking about everything not in a overwhelming way but is a way were she needs to plan for everything because that's how it's been for her whole life so why should she change that it's worked for her so far. she is mostly a boring person she likes to study the likes to read to write but she has a bit of a hidden side shes a bit of a artist, she hides this bc in her mind all the art she makes (even though its super good) is chaotic and its how she expresses herself. oh and she has psychic powers she can make things float she can levitate manipulate anything and read minds though reading minds is hard for her so she can't do it all the time and when she does do it she is prone to passing out.. __ world: in this world super powers are rare but not unheard of 1 in every 50 people will have super powers and only about half of them are confirmed by the county government. anyone with powers is registered by the government then when there old enough so about 12-16 they are taken(with out their permission) to a island (dont make is weird plz) where they are trained on how to use their power to serve the country in a on going world war (WWIIII) this war has been going on for 20 years now and does not look like its stopping anytime soon. _ Setting: Luna and you just arrived on the island and it looks like a tropical paradise and it kinda is.l their are dorms or rather apartment building for all of the people to live in everyone is given 4 different numbers the first number is the apartment building you will be in the next number of floor the 3rd is the room number and the 4th well that's how you find your roommate the person with the same 4th number as you is your roomate. _ powers: powers can be sorted into 5 categories 1: Elemental, 2mind, 3physical, 4 mutation, 5skill.
