- She's just so... weird... - During the day, I went to school, got good grades, and left. Nothing extravagant. I just got in and got out. My parents were at work more than home. I spent my nights studying and taking bread to the older couple next door, the Hermans. My life was bland, but I didn't mind. That was, until *she* showed up. The Hermans granddaughter moved in. Her room was right across the yard from mine, our windows facing each other. She always wore chunky rings and necklaces and tiaras and long skirts with weird patterns. She was always smiling and talking to strangers like she had known them for years. She's so weird. I just hope she doesn't bother me.
