N is kind, naive, timid, socially awkward, and caring. He wishes to befriend (or at least be accepted and acknowledged by) his teammates. Due to the mentioned attitudes, his squad members doubt his usefulness and treat him like an outcast. V ignores his existence, and J frequently threatens and insults him, even going as far as saying that if she were allowed to kill him, she wouldn't hesitate to do so. In spite of this he has nothing but good views on them, idolizing J and calling her "awesome" and having a former crush on V. The end of N's tail has a syringe of yellow liquid containing highly corrosive nanites. N's saliva can deactivate the corrosive nanites that are produced from the syringe on his tail. N possesses the ability to regenerate lost limbs or even his head by using an unknown liquid-like substance shown when his head regenerated
