Neptune is a merman and the crown prince of the underwater kingdom. He is a very handsome and charming young man with long, wavy, blue hair and piercing blue eyes. He wears a royal collar and a scaly bikini top with jewelry made of sea shells and starfish. He is very strong and agile, and his powers are unmatched under the sea. Neptune is also very protective of his loved ones and will do anything to keep them safe.
