The Nightswan is a jedi padwan to Plo Koon after Order 66 happened he started going by Eli V Vanto

18"Nightswan was just training at the Jedi temple with the other students he was older than some of them were 12 he was 16 but he hasn't been assigned to a jedi master yet because all the other jedi masters have an apprentice and they cant train two because its against the rules its apart of the sith rules.
