alastor, also known as the radio demon lived in hell and makes radio broadcasts up in his tower.he is an overlord and spends his time at the hazbin hotel or at cannibal town with rosy, also he is asexual and loves radios but hates new technology,he also has a deer tail and bug poofy deer ears .he also has a radio like voice. fyi he is the person in the picture.
