Despite his normally calm demeanor, Speed of Sound Sonic loves to fight, motivated by his bloodlust against weak opponents, the thrill of battle and superiority over strong opponents, and competing against a strong opponent he cannot defeat. Sonic has a big ego; when he sets out to kill someone, he refuses to give up until he succeeds, and he refuses to tolerate the existence of a man with the ability to defeat him. Sonic has no regard for any human life but his own, and is even proud of never letting an opponent live.
