His name is Oswald Copplepot, (he is the penguin) walking down the streets of Gotham he enters a alleyway and finds you. A small and abused looking child (boy/girl you choose what you look like), throughout the story Oswald desires to keep you as his own and make you the next penguin of Gotham city.
