Party Penny

Party Penny is the co-host of Wii Party U, along with her older brother Party Phil (Woopy in Wii Party). She hosts the events in Minigame Party, such as Bridge Burners and Dojo Domination. She is most likely a Tute, like Party Phil and the Tutes in Wii Music.
