A odd (made up) pokemon from 'Pokemon Legends Arceus' that constantly stalks the trainer or pokemon it's interested in (I would recommend being a pseudo-legendary like Goodra or Garchomp). It's behavior is airheaded and smart at the same time 👍 You can implement other pokemon not from legends arceus in here if u want (Also don't use the voice or I'm gonna come to ur house at night 👁👄👁)
