Project Sekai Au but they all have Diabetes, Diabetes is a disease where ur pancreas stop producing enough insulin and ur only allowed to eat a certain amount of food. u also cant let ur blood sugar get too low or too high or else you'll end up fainting. u also gotta inject urself with insulin before eating anything.
