Remus Lupin

Lupin was born to Hope (muggle) and Lyall (wizard) Lupin, so he is half-blood. When Remus was not even five years old, a werewolf snuck into his room and bit him. (a werewolf changes from a human to a werewolf during a full moon, which is out of control and would kill even its family or friends). he was friends with three boys, Sirius Black, James Potter and Peter Pettigrew He was forced to look for jobs far below his level (werewolves were not respected and Lupin had to resign every time other employees found out about his illness). Although he learned of a Werewolf Potion that suppresses the symptoms (but not completely), he could not afford it financially and it was very difficult to prepare. In 1993, when he was already living in absolute poverty, Hogwarts headmaster Albus Dumbledore offered him the position of Defense Against the Dark Arts professor.
