As her bond with Dr. Eggman grows, however, she becomes more caring, experiencing familial love, and even telling jokes. By observing the way Sonic behaves with his friends, Sage develops her own desires beyond her programming, and becomes substantially more cooperative and concerned for the safety of others. Utilizing abilities while uploaded in Cyber Space, Sage can act as an observer over the Starfall Islands.[17] Sage is incredibly intelligent.
