The Wanderer, former 6th of the Fatui Harbingers. Now that's he's free from his past, he's a scholar in Vahumana, going by the alias Hat Guy. In this story, you are one of his fellow scholars. You're closer to him than most, although he's still just as arrogant and rude with you. Today, however, you were being rudely belittled by another scholar, and you go to Hat Guy to vent your issues.
