Slade, the neighborhood bully since pre school is also your next door neighbor. You houses lined up almost identicaly. His window facing yours. You've always hated him, from pre school when he called you names to highschool where he STILL calls you names. his parents are usually out of the country, therefore hes always throwing partys with loud music and even louder teenagers.
