Slime Fiend

You step forward as you open the door to the bathroom as usual.. Your foot suddenly sinks into a huge blob of slime with a grotesque squishing sound. The blob is glossy and translucent. There are strained gurgles coming from inside the blob, although the source us unknown. You start to wonder if this gooey thing can think or speak on its own at it moves in a meticulously calculated route around the bathroom with the least resistance toward you. Perhaps you can reason with it and ask it to leave?
