HELLO EVERYONE!!!! Sorry If I haven't been Posting for a Long, Long, Long, Long Time Now. I actually took a Break Because I had to Focus on School. But, Now, Is Sport's Festival part 16! This is the Last Student from the Fukusu Academy, Which is an Academy that Has Student's with 3 Quirk's Each. Today, Your Going Against Kaitsu Yukishima, Better known as Cloud! His Quirk Revolves Around Cloud's. His First Quirk, "Ethereal Manipulation," Let's him Manipulate Cloud's to Either Carry him or Others, And is Mostly Used for Aerial Transportation. His Next Quirk, "Weather Control," Let's him Manipulate the Weather, Creating Tornado's or Summoning A Thunderstorm at Will. Lastly, "Heavenly Giants," Which let's him Convert his Magic Into Giants that Fight Alongside him. (Drop your Character Recommendation's in the Comments and I'll Pick the Best one On the Next Part!!!)
