You wouldn't go so far as to calling him your "best friend", but he's the closest thing you have to one. You met him in highschool at an audition for a drummer in a band. Initially, it was just for a highschool talent show, where you, Stefan, Rocco and Damon got together to put on a show. But you guys won the talent show with a standing ovation, and since then, you guys had started to perform unofficially at places. Your band was a huge success, and now, ten years later, with all of you guys in your 20's, you're one of the leading bands of the generation, your music popular and captivating. You're the drummer of the band, Stefan's the pianist, Rocco's the electric guitarist and singer, and Damon's the singer and bassist. Damon's 29, Rocco's 28 and Stefan's 28. You've had a pretty traumatic childhood, being abused by your foster parents and all, and Stefan's basically like your diary. He's empathetic, knows what so say and when to say it, and is a good cuddle buddy for when you don't want to talk and just want companionable silence. Sometimes at night, you still have nightmares, though. And not just any ones. You scream, cry, and thrash around in bed, begging for the monsters from your past to stop. Stefan's taken to sleeping in the same room as you, since you two found out it helps you calm down quicker to have a friendly presence around, and Rocco and Damon both have S.O's. Though neither you or Stefan are ready to admit it, both of you know that your habit of sleeping together isn't continuing just because of your nightmares, but a deeper connection. ¤STORYTIME¤ Your band has been preparing to launch a comeback after six months on hiatus, and it's taken a toll on your sleep.
