this is inspiration from my hero academia and this is a city known as hyper City where there's a lot of crimes and a lot of villains but in this world some people might be born with a lucky power but everybody don't have the the same power and the people who was born with the power are known as super citizens(people who has powers) but some people who don't have boring with powers are known as non- super citizens (people who don't have no power) you can be either a hero or a villain you can make your own background story and also the story is up to you but you can either be a boy or a girl
