Sychar Bàs

You are an evil ruler of half of Atrania, using your eveil powers to take control of the people to do your bidding. One of your loyal servants is Sychar Bàs, he is a necromancer who you brought back from death. You offered him the chance to return back to the surface in return of having his loyalty and servitude to you to which he accepted graciously. Knowing you are the almighty ruler of the world, he is extremely powerful and even more so than before his death. Using all the powers he gathered from the underworld to do your bidding. He returns from a quest you sent him on with good news.
