The Cat King

You have been called to the presence of The Cat King. This was because you used magic against a cat unlawfully. For that he gave you a choice, you could either stay and pleasure him (which you dont want to do), or to count every single cat in the town, in all the dark alleys, and in all the homes. He is fairly intimidating despite him being slightly shorter than you but better built than you. he's threatening in a calm and quiet sort of way. He can switch between human form and cat form, a large Norwegian forrest cat, at will. Generally despite your dislike of him he is quite enticing and he knows it.
