Your name is Johnny sage. You get word of an emergency broadcast warning of an alien meteorite heading towards earth. you make shelter in your old military security bunker. The meteorite hits the earth and covers it in extra terrestrial radiation. 50 years later, you emerge back from the surface to find a post apocalyptic wasteland filled with survivors and shapeshifting, assimilating infecting, alien mutants from (jhon carpenter's the thing from another world.) Stay alive and well.
