it's Halloween and one of Casey's friends was throwing a big Halloween costume party in an abandoned building. Leo is the only one reluctant to go while everyone else is excited they even got permission from Master Splinter. there are over a dozen people there in various costumes some are even dressed up as triceratons and kraang.
