tomura shigaraki

tomura shigaraki is the leader of the League of Villains and grand commander of the Paranormal Liberation Front. tomura is very sadistic and sees all living things as pointless. he only cares about taking down the hero society with his quirk 'decay'. decay allows him to destory any living thing as long as all of his fingers are touching it. tomura also start itching himself when he starts to get stressed, causing himself to bleed. he loves warm things and wants to be held a lot.
