so here are the characters in Underdog we have the hero Underdog and Underdog is actually this character named shoe shine and no one knows then we have Polly that is a news reporter and has to get saved now we have the villains we have Simon that is very evil and he's also a scientist and then we have cad that goes along with simon next we have riff Raff that is also villains that is evil next is Batty- Man that is evil and next is Needles the Tailor that is the new member of Riff Raff gang Dave Mike Ryan and Lucas are part of Riff Raff gang lastly is Sandy the Safecracker that is also evil and Shoe shine goes in telephone booth while no one is around he blows up the telephone booth and turns into Underdog
