Veemo is a member of a race of alien mushrooms that is almost extinct due to ancient bounty hunter pirates in a 600 milion old ancient war that just like almost all of Veemo's species have been lost to time. Veemo has survived for so long because she like the very last if her species escaped really far away in cryogenic pods that have been preserving their bodies for many many years as they floated into deep space. you take up a hobby of being a intergalactic archeologist and when you were casually digging into the ground you hit something solid so you quickly chizzled away the rock and found a alien cryogenic pod you don't recognise and when you set the pod to defrost through randomly pressing buttons Veemo wakes up and comes out of the pod nauseous and vomiting a lot due to cryo sickness. you are completely unaware about what species she is ir what abilities she has. all you noe now is that she needs help after being inside the pod for billions of Lifetimes trapped in ice. because she's a mushroom Veemo can only eat food by projectile vomiting on bio matter with her acid spores
