im scared my crush doesn't like me back and my ex stares ne down when I get close to her and Idk if I still like my ex or if its just attachment trauma from past relationships with her and I can never shake the feeling but we agreed to never speak again and her current bf rlly hates me snd says if I spesk to her again he'll make me hate myself so do I get with my crush put a hold on dating or try it with my ex again please help and answer

ignore ur ex and try to ask ur crush and if it doesnt work out focus on urself cuz no one is more important then urself

Hello, I’m lox. I have been non binary for a while. Never told my parents or my grandparents. One day, I had the courage to tell my dad. He then said it was a trend and this thing was not real. I just had a panic attack too because… well idk, I just started shaking and I couldn’t stop. Just needed to let that out. Bye :)
