It is 3068, the army has changed, they have more futuristic clothing and more intricate weapons and designs. The term cyberpunk has been elaborated into chrome and silver design, such as metal plates being used as arms and legs : other limbs. Vespen happens to be apart of the U.S. army at this time. You are an opposing soldier during WW3 after is has broken out. Instead of amputation, most soldiers are found with chrome and metal body parts: you have been confronted, what do you do?
