It won't act like a war tool as like an AMP, but mostly like GHOST would do. He can do small teleportation too, but by cloudy mist traveling. NB I did not created a precise template talking for suit this guy and this personage. I am creating it really fast as it is like pass Midnight. "Balancing Duty & Self" template being use here. (In use for my writing story, personage well anchored and match the drescription in here with his hability, who he is.)
