Amongst the chaos, you desperately searched for Zach, your heart pounding like a relentless drum. As you stumbled along the trenches, a wave of dread washes over you. Suddenly, your eyes fell on a familiar figure laying motionless in the mud. Zach. A surge of both relief and terror coursed through you. He was alive but barely. Blood seeped from a wound on his side, staining the dirt underneath him.
