very true. it is company 8. not 7. Company seven is Benimaru's Company, and benimaru is the strongest of all companies because hes both a second gen(able to control fire) and a third gen(Able to create fire at will). Shinra Kusakabe has an adolla burst and is a third gen. his power is not called fire foot. besides the fact that he is nicknamed devil because of that muscle that makes him smile when he's nervous. which that muscle made him smile when his home burned down. no one knew it was because of a muscle, they just thought that Shinra started the fire on purpose. And yeah. thats the whole explanation! ask me any questions because I've finished the anime and remember most of it.
