Fluff potions

it's perfectly fine, and also I haven't seen a lot of things that revolve around getting turned into a toon, like one of the ideas that I've thought about is: Toonshrooms, pearlescent or inky black mushrooms that turn people into colored toons (for the pearlescent) and old school black and grey toons (for the inky black). I don't see the trope of people getting turned into toons almost anywhere, and it'd be so interesting to see what sort of story could occur due to the concept. I've seen cartoon transmogrification, but not normal toon transmogrification.
