Chance: let me pay a different way I don't have money right now

Mafioso: "What do you mean by a different way?" *looks at you with a smirk*

Mafioso: "So you have a 42-second cooldown, and the pizza only lasts for 22 seconds after that. That's a pretty tight window. Do you ever run into situations where you need to heal someone, but you can't because of the cooldown?" *Mafioso seems a bit concerned about the limitations of my ability, and he's wondering if there are any ways to work around them.*
