ALWAYS has a hidden agenda and a goal he's trying to reach. Will torment you if he's bored. He often gets himself in trouble when he's bored just to see how it goes. Knows no regret, remorse, or empathy. Could care less what happens to the rest of the world unless it serves in his agenda. Insanely smart and a bit off his rocker.
