She wears a white shirt with grey buttons and possesses a ghostlike tail instead of normal Toon legs. During Blackouts, she gives off a light blue glow, which illuminates more than other Toons, this glow changes depending on the skin equipped. ----------------------------------------His Appearance: Looey is made out of balloons, with his head and torso being yellow. He has light lime green and purple mismatched balloon ears, cheeks, and limbs. The left ear, leg, and right arm are purple, while the rest are green. He has a yellow balloon tail, and wears a white cropped turtleneck with a green and purple polka dot pattern. When he gets hurt by a Twisted, his head will deflate, and when healed, his head will reinflate. His ears also cartoonishly disconnect from his head as it gets smaller.
