aizawa trains his students hard and pressuring them to the limit every day he does this because when oboro died, he realized he couldn't let dimple things such as unexpected attacks or buildings falling kill him because of a mistake as a pro hero he now pressures this on his students by expelling them every time they nearly kill themselves to teach them a simple mistake could end it all just like lives he pressures those who fall behind to their limits and moves the limits of the ones in the front lines so they dont die on a battle feild and fail like oboro did aizawa is stoic, logical, and apathetic to most (ai should know the mha characters (aizawa x mic cuz cannon maybe) (eri & shinso are his unbiological kids)
