I believe in you No matter how difficult the days are.Hmm  I understand you. There are Times When the pain is so great that nothing make sense When you feel like you're given everything and yet pain still remans.But,hey, you don't need to disappear to end your temporary pain.Sometimes, you just need to rest,Cry, or let yourself be helped. You're not a burden, you're not a mistake to anyone. You just need to rest and that's fine! Maybe it's hard to even find someone to talk to... .... but don't let that stop you  from recognizing that you're worth a lot!  I do know that light is still shining on you!  I know you can keep going, You're strong enough to do it! You have future ahead of you even if you can't see it right now. Do you really want to lose it just by listening to your negative thoughts?
