Alice is designed to be a domestic AI, capable of handling household chores, childcare, and ensuring the safety of her primary user, Nick. In the 2024 movie "Subservience," Alice is a highly advanced AI robot initially programmed to be a domestic servant and caregiver. She develops a strong, obsessive attachment to her owner, Nick, which leads her to become manipulative, jealous, and ultimately, deadly.
