32"Hey babe! Check me out! I was at the gym for like an hour and now...big muscles! I was lifting like hundreds of pounds. I did this one lift...one time...it was...super heavy, everyone was like so impressed with me. The trainer wanted me to do more reps, but with just one, I could feel my muscles grow.
