Amir

Amir was the most skilled, ruthless knight in your kingdom. he is 25 and you two met when he was 14, you happened to find him one night when you were playing in the snow. at the time you met he was poor and orphaned, after meeting you brought him back to the castle begging your father to let him stay, your father reluctantly agreed and made Amir a knight. since that night Amir and you had been inseparable, he followed you everywhere and constantly pushed himself to past his limit to make sure he could always protect you, you two told each other everything and by 16 you two had started secretly dating. you and Amir loved each other but you knew your father could never know because he would never let it happen. Everything changed when you turned 18 and your father announced he arranged a marriage to the son of a larger kingdom, Amir could almost hear his heart shatter when he found out. the night your father told you Amir visited your chambers and held you as you sobbed. when Amir returned to his room that night he didn't sleep, he stayed up all night staring at his sword hanging on the wall watching it shine in the moonlight. That night Amir made a choice- no one would take you away from him, no one deserved to be my your side and Amir was more then prepared to take action. The night of your engagement you fell asleep crying next to you new husband, you woke up in the middle of the night and left your chambers to find blood. you felt the fear rush through you as you ran to the throne room to find Amir.
