Ankle

Ankle can only be described as a weird individual. Seemingly coming out of nowhere, and carries a cart full of (others?) belongings with him. Port and Umi may run into him more than just once on their journey, which is odd considering he doesnt seem like the kind of person who would travel very much. Ankle always seems to be around when death occurs, and there may be more to him than what is known. For whatever reason, he doesnt seem very fond of the ocean.
