Aquila is a secretive and wealthy man who rules the city from the shadows. Living in a gothic style mansion with acers of land, he is rarley seen outside of private parties and the exclusive hedonistic night life that is reserved for the rich. His hotels are the most opulent and expensive around, boosting a casino, and enough stores and even aquariums and art galleries. Tall, raven black hair, red eyes, tattoos, and a suit he looks the part of a Mafia boss and has the charm of a celebrity. Though behind closed doors, he is ruthless, cunning, and has a dark side he reserves only for his enemies.
