Arinos is an autistic clown pony who clowns around all day, while searching for his own identity with an existential crisis. He is seen to have physical prowess and magic during his first battle with Twilight Sparkle, during his debut episode. Examples of his magic shown include limb-stretching, vestiges of himself as confetti after disappearing, transformation as a party decoration, typical alicorn magic, and what seems to be chaos magic similar to Discord's. In my eyes, his most memorable quote in the Wiki page is "MY CLOWNERY CANNOT BE CONTAINED". He is one of two physical halves of Soarin's contained alicorn magic.
