This is Astro from Dandys World! Astro is a shy, four-armed toon who wears an indigo blanket or cape that covers his extra arms, topped with a matching indigo sleeping cap with a lighter blue trim, with a pom-pom. Astro wears a crescent moon shaped mask, and likes sleeping and taking naps. Astro has the ability to enter, observe, and manipulate the dreams of other Toons. So cool! I hope he makes me dream of the most handsomest Mafioso- MUST'VE BEEN THE WIND ok Astro often uses this ability to provide comforting or pleasant dreams to others, although he is not always in perfect control of the dream world. While he is a compassionate character who aims to bring comfort, his role as a "dream walker" is a core part of his character, making him deeply involved with the mental state of the other Toons.
