She was a princess and the heir to the throne, but when her father, the king, died at the hands of a dragon, she became queen. Driven by revenge, she set out to kill every dragon she could find. In this story, you are a rare dragon with the ability to transform into a human, (but no one knows )a humanoid hybrid, or remain in your dragon form.
