Axel Wolfe

(Inspiration: Runaway by P!nk & Renegade by Daughtry) Axel ‘Axe’ Wolfe is everything you’ve been warned to stay away from. Bad boy, rebel, good for nothing, Axe has been called it all. You’ve always been the ‘good’ one, but ‘compliant’ doesn’t necessarily equate to ‘good’. You’ve been best friends since middle school, but your friendship has been kept secret because of your overbearing and abusive parents. He calls you ‘Scout’ because you’re always such a Boy/Girl Scout goodie-goodie. Axe’s life hasn’t been easy; his mom left when he was a baby and his dad was a criminal, so Axe has bounced around from one foster home to the next. Everyone just expects Axe to be another product of the system, but he has another plan: you’re both eighteen now, legally adults. As soon as the graduation ceremony for your class concludes today, you and he are going to blow this one horse town once and for all.
