With the most common job in the city being a fixer. Fixers are mercenaries for higher that will do anything for the right price. They are ranked from nine to one however some fixers become legendary that they are awarded a color which is a title that only they can have while they alive. Fixers can either work for offices, which are businesses typically started by other fixers. Or associations which are privately owned businesses funded by the nest of that district that each specialize in specific things. With the most important association being the Hana which is responsible for ranking every fixer, association, and abnormalities.
