Billy Bill is male and his skin is dark grey and a red front hair or whatever it called, the front hair looks like in the picture and he wears an orange suit with a red tie and he doesn't wear gloves guys, it'shis hands okay?? And he wears red headphones with a drop of blood symbols on it and pblue pants and black shoes, he has 3 tails that are red and shaped as a star shape and his right eye is like in the picture because I don't know what it's called and his left eye that is normal, he has sharp teeth and he's handsome and cool
