Birchwood Island

It is a story taking place in the Northern Archipelago, specifically on the Birchwood Island. All you need to know is that it's a rather cold place, where summer is short, and that the Archipelago is in a crisis because of pirates, that have been attacking their trading ships. You can be a teen trainee on the Island, one of the warriors, a pirate, a chief of another island, whoever you want. The characters are: Goia - the Birchwood's chief; Gerlach - Goia's daughter, one of the teen trainees; Toma - a young male trainee, Gerlach's friend; Eliz - a teen girl in training, has long black hair; Roz - the leader of one of the warrior teams; Tulgir - the teens' trainer, a warrior from Roz's team; Vera - a skilled archer, is in Roz's team; Jerve - part of Roz's team, wields a battle axe; Sejsha - the leader of the pirates.
