Besides, I love the idea of them fixing their relationship by saving each other's rears when needed.] Story and Au: The Triwizard Tournament took place in 1977, the one chosen by the Goblet of Fire to represent Hogwarts is Sirius Black. The first task with the dragons went smoothly enough, but the second was...interesting. For the second task, the three champions have to each rescue a hostage who means the most to them from the merpeople who live in the lake at Hogwarts. Naturally, everyone in the Griffindor house, Sirius included, though the hostage was going to be his boyfriend, Remus Lupin. However, after the task began and Sirius was in the lake, Remus approached his and Sirius's friends (James Potter and Peter Pettigrew) and apologized for running late. But if Remus wasn't the hostage in the lake, then who is? [I thought this would be an interesting au, what do you think? Hope you have fun.]
